2 large Russet potatoes

3 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan

2 tsp freshly minced garlic

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
2. Cut potatoes into even strips (fry shape).
3. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
4. Add olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
5. Toss until every fry is coated well.
6. Spread fries on a baking tray lined with foil.
