Strawberry Piña Colada with Malibu Frosting

Ingredients

2 oz Malibu rum

1 oz coconut cream

6 oz fresh pineapple juice

1 cup fresh strawberries

½ cup crushed ice

For the Malibu Frosting:

Whipped cream

1 oz Malibu rum

For Garnish:

Fresh strawberries

Instructions

1. Blend the Colada:

In a blender, combine Malibu rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh strawberries, and crushed ice.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Prepare the Malibu Frosting:

In a bowl, mix whipped cream with 1 oz of Malibu rum until fully combined.

3. Assemble & Serve:

Pour the blended colada into a chilled glass.

Top with Malibu frosting.
