Chicken Hakka Noodles Recipe You’ll Crave Daily

Ingredients

  • 200g hakka noodles
  • 150g boneless chicken, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil hakka noodles as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Mix in soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Toss in the cooked noodles and stir well.
