Strawberry Kiwi Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled)
2 ripe kiwis (peeled and sliced)
1 medium banana
½ cup ice cubes
¾ cup milk (or almond milk for dairy-free)
1 tbsp honey (optional)
½ cup Greek yogurt (optional for extra creaminess)
Instructions:
Prepare the fruits: Slice the strawberries, kiwis, and banana.
Blend: Add all the fruits, milk, ice, and honey into a blender.
Boost it: Add Greek yogurt if you like it thicker and creamier.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately in a tall glass, and garnish with a kiwi or strawberry slice on top.
