1 cup rolled oats

1 ripe banana

1 medium apple (grated)

¼ cup raisins or dried cranberries

2–3 tbsp chopped dried apricot

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp vanilla (optional)

1–2 tbsp honey (only if you want extra sweetness)
Instructions
1. Prepare the fruits

Peel and mash the banana until smooth.

Grate the apple (no need to peel unless you want).

Squeeze out extra juice from the grated apple so cookies don’t become too wet.
2. Mix the base

In a bowl, combine:

grated apple

oats

Mix well until oats absorb moisture.
3. Add mix-ins

Add raisins, cranberries, dried apricot, cinnamon, or anything you like.

Mix again to form a thick dough.
4. Shape

Take spoonfuls of dough.

Shape into round cookie discs (like in your photo).

Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 18–22 minutes
or until the edges turn light golden.
6. Cool & Serve
