Ingredients
For Cake Sponge
•Oreo biscuits – 2 packets
•All-purpose flour (maida) – 2 tablespoons
•Cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon
•Baking soda – ½ teaspoon
•Milk – 1 cup
For Cream Layer
•Strawberry flavoured whipping cream – 1 cup (chilled)
For Chocolate Topping
•Homemade cocoa powder chocolate – ½ cup
(made with cocoa powder, milk, sugar & butter)

👩🍳 Method (Step by Step)
Step 1: Prepare the Oreo Sponge
1.Separate the cream from the Oreo biscuits.
2.Crush the Oreo biscuits into a fine powder using a grinder.
3.In a bowl, add:
•Oreo powder
•Flour
•Cocoa powder
•Baking soda
4.Mix all dry ingredients well.
5.Gradually add milk and mix to form a smooth, lump-free batter.
6.Pour the batter into a greased cake dish.
7.Bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes
or steam/cook on low flame until a toothpick comes out clean.
8.Let the sponge cool completely.

Step 2: Prepare the Cream Layer
1.Take chilled strawberry flavoured whipping cream.
2.Whip it until soft and fluffy peaks form.
3.Spread the cream evenly over the cooled Oreo sponge.
4.Smooth the top using a spatula.

1.In a pan, add:
•Milk
•Sugar
•Cocoa powder
•Butter
2.Cook on low flame while stirring continuously.
3.When the mixture becomes slightly thick and glossy, turn off the flame.
4.Let it cool slightly (it should be pourable, not hot).

1.Pour the chocolate topping over the cream layer.
2.Use a toothpick or knife to create swirl or web designs.
3.Refrigerate the cake for 2–3 hours to set properly.
