Instructions
- Prep the Apple:
Toss the julienned apple with 1 tablespoon lemon juice to keep it fresh and bright. - Combine the Salad:
In a bowl, mix the apple, grated carrots, and dried cranberries.
Add nuts if using. - Make the Dressing:
