Ginger Cinnamon Lemon Tea (Digestive & Anti-Bloat Drink)
Ingredients (1 serving)
1½ cups water
1-inch fresh ginger, sliced (or ½ tsp ground ginger)
1 cinnamon stick (or ½ tsp ground cinnamon)
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
Bring the water to a boil.
Add ginger and cinnamon.
Simmer on low heat for 10–15 minutes.
Strain into a cup.
Add lemon juice and honey (if using).
Stir and drink warm.
