Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam broccoli until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer broccoli in a baking dish, pour the cream mixture over it, and top with cheddar cheese.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
