Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries (Easy & Healthier!)

A quick, crispy, oven-baked fry you can feel good about! No deep frying, no oily mess — just golden, garlicky, cheesy perfection. The seasoning is what makes these fries irresistible, and they pair perfectly with any meal… or enjoy them as a snack when cravings hit!


Ingredients

  • 2 large Russet potatoes

  • 3 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan

  • 2 tsp freshly minced garlic

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp salt (optional)

  • ¼ tsp black pepper (optional)


‍ Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
2. Cut potatoes into even strips (fry shape).
3. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
4. Add olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
