BISCOFF CHEESECAKE (NO-BAKE)
Ingredients
- Biscoff cookie crumbs – 1½ cups
- Butter – ¼ cup, melted
- Cream cheese – 1 cup
- Sugar – ¾ cup
- Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- Heavy cream – 1 cup
- Biscoff spread – ½ cup
- Crushed Biscoff cookies – for garnish
Instructions
Mix Biscoff cookie crumbs with melted butter.
Press this mixture firmly into a pan to form the base.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Gently fold whipped cream and Biscoff spread into the cream cheese mixture.
Pour the mixture over the prepared crust and level the top.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Garnish with crushed Biscoff cookies before serving.
