Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps
Ingredients:
For the chicken:
2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
For the garlic sauce:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp Greek yogurt (or more mayo)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Other ingredients:
2–3 large tortillas/wraps
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1 small tomato, diced
1/4 cup sliced onions
Butter or oil for toasting
Instructions:
1. Cook the Chicken
In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6–7 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
Remove and set aside.
2. Prepare the Garlic Sauce
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, and parsley.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
3. Assemble the Wrap
Lay a tortilla flat.
Spread 1–2 tbsp garlic sauce.
Add cooked chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and a generous amount of cheese.
Roll tightly into a wrap.
4. Toast the Wrap
Heat a pan with a little butter or oil.
Toast the wrap on all sides until crispy and the cheese melts inside (2–3 minutes per side).
