Cinnamon Sugar Donut Bites with Vanilla Glaze
Ingredients:
For the Donut Bites:
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 2 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 cup milk
– 2 eggs
– 2 tbsp melted butter
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
For the Vanilla Glaze:
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 2 tbsp milk
– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
3. In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a dough.
5. Spoon dough into mini muffin tin to make bite-sized donut shapes.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
7. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl. Toss warm donut bites in the mixture.
8. For glaze, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
9. Drizzle glaze over coated donut bites.
