Fruit Yogurt Parfait
2 cups (480g) thick yogurt 
1 cup granola or oats 

1 peach diced
(or any fruit mix)
½ cup blueberries 
½ cup raspberries 
Fresh mint for garnish 
Honey or maple syrup
(optional)
Start layer: 2–3 tbsp granola at bottom 

Add 3 tbsp yogurt 

Add fruit: peach + berries 


Drizzle honey 

Repeat layers until glass full 

Finish with berries + mint on top 


Chill 10 minutes in fridge
