Ginger Water: The Healthiest Drink to Burn All Abdominal Fat!
Ingredients
1 large piece of fresh ginger (about 2 inches)
4 cups (1 liter) water
1–2 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
Honey or stevia to taste (optional)
A few mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
1. Prep the Ginger
Peel the ginger (optional) and slice it thinly.
Thin slices release more flavor.
2. Boil
Add the ginger slices to a pot with 4 cups of water.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
3. Strain
Remove from heat and strain out the ginger slices.
