Healthy Oat–Apple–Banana Cookies (No Sugar, No Flour)

Made with ONLY natural ingredients — oats, apple, banana, and dried fruits.

⭐ Ingredients

(For 7–8 cookies)

✔ Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 medium apple (grated)

✔ Optional Add-ins (like in your picture)

  • ¼ cup raisins or dried cranberries

  • 2–3 tbsp chopped dried apricot

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp vanilla (optional)

  • 1–2 tbsp honey (only if you want extra sweetness)

🥣 Instructions

1. Prepare the fruits

  • Peel and mash the banana until smooth.

  • Grate the apple (no need to peel unless you want).

  • Squeeze out extra juice from the grated apple so cookies don’t become too wet.

2. Mix the base

  • In a bowl, combine:

    • mashed banana

    • grated apple

    • oats

  • Mix well until oats absorb moisture.

3. Add mix-ins

  • Add raisins, cranberries, dried apricot, cinnamon, or anything you like.

  • Mix again to form a thick dough.

4. Shape

  • Take spoonfuls of dough.

  • Shape into round cookie discs (like in your photo).

  • Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

5. Bake

  • Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 18–22 minutes
or until the edges turn light golden.

6. Cool & Serve

  • Let them cool so they firm up.
